Remote Diagnostics and Service
There are times when we may not even need to visit you. For computer software driven instruments, our software engineers can remotely access your computer (this requires a modem) and possibly repair and maintain your system without a callout. This saves you time and reduces cost.
Our technical helpdesk can also provide assistance with frequently asked questions and routine maintenance. We are currently developing a Knowledge Base system and forum to enable you to get answers to these frequently asked questions immediately from this site.
