  • No surprise costs on your budget
  • EyeCap software support: As bronze level support, but will also include upgrades on your current build, and a service visit once a year

Bronze Service Contract

  • Clean and check optics

  • Replace worn parts (not consumables)
  • Reduced call-out rate
  • Priority rapid response to breakdowns
  • EyeCap software support: Covers remote software support for your version of EyeCap software via a modem line

Non-Contract Repair

Equipment not covered by a warranty or Service Contract can be repaired by HAAG-STREIT UK Field Engineers as a chargeable service.

Some smaller instruments, such as Perkins and HAAG-STREIT Tonometers, can be sent to our Service Centre in Harlow (Essex, England) for repair and/or recalibration by our office based engineers on a chargeable basis.

Please note: Extra hard disks, hardware upgrades, removable media are not included in any of the above options.
