Haag-Streit UK appoints a new Project & Production Engineer, to manage continuous product improvements
Harlow, UK – 13th January 2012 - Haag-Streit UK, the leading manufacturer and distributor of gold-standard optometry and ophthalmic equipment, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Chilcot as a Project & Production Engineer to join its 45-strong team, based out of the Harlow headquarters.
Kevin has been working in engineering for over 30 years, his previous role being a Supplier Quality Engineer at Philips Avent. In his new role at Haag-Streit UK, Kevin will be responsible for the project management and development of new and existing products along with their manufacturing processes.
“We are delighted to welcome Kevin to the HS-UK team,” says Dean Johnson, Managing Director, Haag-Streit UK. “Kevin has a strong engineering background, and will be a valuable asset to the company as we take on the exciting opportunities and challenges that 2012 will bring.”
